Recently remodeled top floor (3rd with elevator) one bedroom vacation rental. Oceanfront ocean view within easy walking distance to Kailua-Kona, about 2 miles.

 Fully equipped from beach towels to blender. We also have beach chairs, boogie board, cooler and snorkel stuff for your use.

There is a large Cabana with dining area for sunset meals that you have prepared on the gas grills overlooking the ocean.

The complex has both an ocean side saltwater pool and freshwater pool. A convenience store and laundry facilities are located on site. A new open air marketplace is located a few hundred yards away.

  • The above rates do not include a cleaning fee of $60 and Hawaii State Tax of 11.41%.
  • A deposit of $200 is required within 7 days of your reservation and full payment is required 60 days prior to your arrival.
  • Three night minimum except during Christmas and Ironman Triathlon, which is seven nights. Ironman Triathlon (in October) is treated as High Season.
  • Cancellation policy: If you must cancel inside of 60 days you will be refunded for the days that we could re-book.
